FSSAI has identified Certain food categories as high-risk food categories and for such enterprises a mandatory inspection by FSSAI Empaneled Inspection Agency is required. FSSAI regulation also provides the frequency of Inspections for such Food Business Operators (FBO) according to the risk category and score achieved by the FBO at time of inspection. Please Refer
